The mission of the ITS Department is to provide effective Information Technology support to all City Departments. ITS supports the major business applications used within the City including Public Administration (Community Services, Financials, Utilities), Public Safety (Police & Fire), and the GIS (Geographic Information System.) Additionally, ITS provides support for all the computers used within the City and the associated Network & Telecommunications infrastructure.
