In the early 1900’s as newlyweds, Tim’s great grandparents wanted a piece of paradise and found it in Southwest Florida. They worked hard to farm and live on 160 acres in NW Cape Coral, Florida. They were awarded the property by the U.S. Government deeding them the property free and clear under the Florida Homestead Act of 1862. Those same work ethics passed onto Tim, a 4th generation, Floridian. Being born and raised in Cape Coral, Florida Tim has a special love for his city and is full of knowledge and history of the area.

On May 8, 2007, Tim and his wife, Stefanie, were blessed with their first child, Mason Michael Hart. Then on February 21 2009 their second son Elijah Timothy Hart was born. They are very proud of their two sons and realize how lucky they are to have such a beautiful and healthy kids

In 2004, after several years of being successful as a mortgage broker, Tim opened his own mortgage company, Hart Mortgage Services and in 2008 became a branch of VanDyk Mortgage. Tim has built his business on referrals. He prides himself on the strong relationships he has developed over the past several years.
